We double check and measure the ring size using professional mandrel stick and other tools before shipping out. Please make sure you have your finger sized for comfort fit rings by 2-3 professionals prior to ordering. If you order a wrong size and have the ring engraved it cannot be returned. We are the only vendor that will let you exchange the personalized item at an additional cost of 35% of original purchase price within 14 days of delivery. You can also exchange under our lifetime warranty or lifetime sizing program after 14 days at a cost of %50 of original purchase price. The new ring must be the same style of original purchase.

Tungsten rings are mostly carefree in their original condition. They are highly scratch resistance in original metal form, but they do get scratched by harder substances such as sapphire, diamond. We also offer many color plated tungsten rings. Color plated rings do get scratched easier and wear off over time although they are still tougher than precious metal rings such as platinum, gold, silver.
Tungsten rings are very hard, but they are brittle and can be cracked or shattered when pressured or hit with a certain angle.

We ship all rings with a nice ring box, not just some cheap microfiber bags. We are also exploring more upgrade options for luxury ring boxes in the near future.
